Eagle Street, Ryde
This proposed development contained inherent design challenges in relation to the topography and the site orientation.
Our principal idea for this 6-storey residential building moves from inside out. An essential character is found by imagining the life within and the significant views beyond. Our design strategy aims to maximise the building amenity and create a unique built form that responds to the constraints of the site within its local context.
Our aim was to explore an inter-generational family home typologies and emphasise the well-being of people with an environmentally sustainable design as the outcome.
